One Direction cake… in vintage style

This One Direction cake was done in a vintage style. It was great fun to make, almost a bit like scrapbooking. I drew the 1D logos and Union Jack onto gum paste with an edible ink pen. It is all edible except the ribbon around the bottom!

This cake was Massive… and Heavy! It was made to look like the Birthday Boy’s boat, and his family… with a bimbo, lifeguard, and shark added in for good measure : )

Gingerbread House… or should I say… Mansion!

I made this Gingerbread House for the Christmas Raffle at my son’s school. It was a challenge to design, as I had no pre-made template… I had to make up my own! I filled it with lollies too!
